Job description
As a Talent Partner at Stanley Benson, you are part of the Consultant Relations domain. In this role, you are responsible for building and maintaining relationships with self-employed engineering consultants and facilitating the matching process from the consultant side, within a strictly intermediary framework.
The Talent Partner works together with the account managers within the sales domain, who are exclusively responsible for client contact, intake, and commercial proposals directed at clients. From sales, you receive a clearly defined expertise requirement, without involvement in client intake, project definition, or qualification.
Based on this information, you will engage with self-employed consultants to discuss and map out availability, expertise, and collaboration conditions. You explore how profiles align with the provided expertise requirement and compile relevant profile information and potential options for feedback to the account manager, who is responsible for further communication and commercial proposals directed at the client.
The Talent Partner does not have commercial discussions with clients, does not facilitate direct introductions, and is not involved in negotiations, pricing, or contract formation. Nor do you exert authority over consultants or interfere in the substantive execution of assignments. Your role remains intermediary, relational, and facilitating.
During ongoing collaborations, you act as a point of contact for consultants regarding relational or procedural signals, without operational, substantive, or hierarchical interference. You monitor the progress of the collaboration from a neutral position and contribute to transparent and sustainable collaborations between autonomous parties.
In addition to these core activities, you contribute, as a supportive ancillary activity, to the proactive development and internal structuring of the consultant network. This includes market exploration and database management, aiming to improve the quality, discoverability, and currency of the network.
